The Speakeasy Kitchen, was created to bring people closer together to experience delicious food and develop new friendships and/or business circles around, “The City That Never Sleeps!” This pop-up concept was started by a group of like-minded people who love entertaining, enjoy creating mind blowing meals, and cherish the good times!
The original concept was created by myself, originally branded, “Two Queens, One Brit, and a Joker.” Matthew (Bar Manager) and Josh (Kitchen Manager) were fellow employees at Lupa, where I worked at the time. Adam, my business partner, was also our resident bartender, life coach, talented home cook, and friend, who works at the very bustling Blue Haven bar.
Our mission is to elevate casual dining, raise the level of the cuisine experience, while maintaining the comfort and ease of chowing down with friends.
